Hot water availability inconsistent!!! Room temperature control needs improvement!!! Unpleasant odors were present that could use attention!!! Limited nearby entertainment options leave something to be desired!!!

The breakfast offered a nice variety, but it lacked non-dairy options for allergies. The staff's willingness to help in our time of need was commendable, making our stay comfortable despite some hiccups.

The location is excellent, near various dining options, and the staff is noted for being friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast offered plenty of satisfactory choices that everyone enjoyed! !

Clean and modern facilities made a good impression.

The staff treated us very poorly during our stay. We felt unfairly accused of smoking in a non-smoking room, which we did not do. The additional charges were a shock, and we were left feeling mistreated and cheated by the management.

The spacious adjoining rooms were perfect for our large family gathering! Nancy at hospitality was outstanding, ensuring we had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and enjoyed some quality time together, making our stay truly enjoyable.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the breakfast started earlier.
